The Problem: Traditional stripping methods using strong acids often cause corrosion, damaging the substrate material and generating hazardous waste.

The Solution: Organic Zinc Stripping Technology is the next-generation cleaning solution.

• Advantage: Selectively removes failed Zinc/Nickel deposits, without corroding the substrate material(substrate).
• Benefit: Allows for fast recycling of defective products, minimizing waste and preserving the integrity of the component.

II. OPTIMAL PRE-TREATMENT PROCESS: THE 70% SUCCESS FOUNDATION

Plating quality is determined up to 70% by the pre-treatment stage. We supply chemicals and processes designed to optimize the performance of the DENBP/ST-01 system.

• Specialized Degreasing: Completely removes oil, grease, and dirt, even from the most complex components.
• Surface Activation: Enhances ion reception and the direct adhesion capability of the Nickel plating layer.

III. CONSUMABLES: ENSURING CONSISTENT QUALITY

We provide accompanying consumables, guaranteeing perfect compatibility with the DENBP/ST-01 system.

• Core Electrolyte: Supply of DENBP/ST-01 and necessary additives (Brighteners, Ductility Agents) at standard ratios to maintain the bath at peak condition (5B adhesion).
